The teaching method is a reverse teaching of a variety of new teaching methods. In this way, the teacher provides students with pre-class teacher of video tutorials and other curriculum content that they are familiar with before the class with the content of the new course, using the resources provided To learn The research method is semi-experimental with design, pre-test, post-test with control group and test. The statistical population consisted of all 8th grade students in Farsan city in the academic year of 97-96, in 20 groups in experimental and control groups. Sampling was done using random-purpose sampling. To collect data, Hermans\' motivation questionnaire was used. Based on the covariance analysis test, the calculated level of significance is less than ./.1 Therefore, the zero assumption is rejected and the assumption of the research is based on the effectiveness of the independent variable. There is a difference between the pretest and the posttest in the experimental group has it. Therefore, the reciprocal teaching methodology in the work and technology course will stimulate the development and creativity of students in the eighth grade. The present study shows that the effect of reverse learning is positive, so reverse education can be said to be a new approach to providing a free, flexible, and distributed learning environment for anyone at any time, anywhere. هدف پژوهش حاضر تأثیر روش تدریس معکوس بر خلاقیت و انگیزش دانش آموزان پایه هشتم در درس کار و فناوری می باشد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح، پیش¬آزمون، پس¬آزمون باگروه کنترل و آزمایش می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان کلاس هشتم شهر فارسان درسال تحصیلی 97-96 می باشد که در دوگروه آزمایش و کنترل به تعداد 20 نفر می باشند. نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنس استفاده شد. براساس آزمون تحلیل کواریانس اجرا شده سطح معنی داری محاسبه شده کوچکتر از 01/ می باشد لذا فرض صفر رد و فرض تحقیق مبنی بر اثربخشی متغیر مستقل مورد تائید می باشد و بین پیش¬آزمون و پس¬آزمون در گروه آزمایش تفاوت وجود دارد. لذا روش تدریس معکوس در درس کار و فناوری موجب ایجاد انگیزه پیشرفت و خلاقیت در دانش آموزان پایه هشتم می شود. پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که تأثیر آموزش معکوس مثبت بوده بنابراین می توان گفت که آموزش معکوس به عنوان رویکردی نو در ارائه محیط یادگیری آزاد، منعطف و برای هر کس در هر زمان و هر مکان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. /downloadfilepdf/462421
